Walmartmoneycard dispute form wont fax to the website provided

The fax line provided from the walmartmoneycard website will not take the fax so how do i email the same dispute form to make sure they get my dispute form ?

What do I do if I have a question or think there is an error on my card?

In case of errors or questions on your Card transactions you should call us at 1-877-937-4098 or print and complete a Transaction Dispute Form and fax to: (626) 739-2060 if you do not have access to a fax, please mail to: Walmart MoneyCard c/o Customer Dispute, P.O. Box 1187, Monrovia, CA 91017 as soon as you can. Contacting us immediately after you notice an error on your card transaction history is the best way to protect your money and ensure that you are within the allowed timeframes to dispute purchases. Click here for more details. You may request a written history of your transactions at any time by calling or writing us. When notifying us, you will need to tell us:


  • Your name and Card number.
  • Why you believe there is an error, and the dollar amount involved.
  • Approximately when the error took place.

If you tell us over the phone, we may require that you send us a letter within 10 business days. We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, we may take up to 45 days to investigate. If we need more time we credit your Card within 10 business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not provisionally credit the Card. We also may not credit the card if the error does not represent a qualifying dispute, as identified in the Disputes with Merchants section of the Cardholder Agreement. Click here for more details. Unable to complete fax transmissions


This turned out to be a Vonage issue. I was able to fax from my landline. I googled vonage and mx700 and found a number of similar issues. I also ended up setting my speed to 9600 and turning off TX error reporting. A quick call to vonage and an updated profile (not sure what they did) resolved the issue.

the 5610 will send & recive with comcast try to do the test from the unit itself. Try to send a test fax to HP 1-888-473-2963 it will send you a return fax

Cannot fax w/ phone line


A lot of Voice Over IP phone providers don't support FAX or you have to pay extra for it. If thet refused to help, then they probably don't support it, if they did, they would try to get you to buy it. FAX data is not always compatible with VOIP transmission. Not much you can do about it, except compalin louder to them. If it is possible to set the baud rate of your fax slower, that might help.
