To close the pop up try clicking CTRL-ALT-DELETE go to TASK MANAGER then go to PROCESSES, find the process for the Stupid Test App,(if you cannot find it look in APPLICATIONS, end the task, this should at least close it temporarily. Next go to your start menu, CONTROL PANNEL --> Uninstall a program search for the name of the program here, click to uninstall it. After you have done this, go online and download a program called Malware Bytes, install it and do a Scan, this should pick up the rest of the program left behind, after you have scanned delete anything it finds. This should fix the problem.

I can no longer access Candy Crsh. I tap the app and when I tap play the screen blanks out and goes back to the home page.

So Candy Crush has become Candy Crash :>) You need to delete the app and download it again after rebooting. You will probably lose your game level history.

I have never played the game, but if you get updates to the App? You might want until a new version comes out and fixes the crash bug. You can also go to the App Store and report the bug on the Candy Crush page. Good job it is ONLY a GAME eh?

Playing high level candy crush out 2/10/16 tried to buy extra moves to beat level game froze and went back to home screen. Now game takes long time trying to load, fails and goes back to my home screen

I'm certainly not a gamer, but in this case try restarting the iPhone.
If that doesn't help remove the app and do a fresh re-install from the app store. In-App purchases can be restored. I'm not sure if you retain your game status - again i'm not a gamer.

Why do I have to reboot between games many times?

Not sure, but perhaps some apps are not proper installed.
Waring!! if you delete an app and reinstall it, you lose your score and you have to start all over again. But I think you should try deleting a game app and install it again. When you go to the app store you see the app is already yours, because there is not the download button, but a cloud.
But perhaps a reset of the iPad could also help.
Press both the on / off button and the home button for several seconds, till the screen goes dark and the apple logo appears. Then release the buttons and wait a minute or so after the logo went off. then press the on button and log in again. Perhaps you then don't need to reinstall some app.

Why can't I finish playing on mini golf matchup screen goes black on ipad

The app is crashing. Make sure that you have no other apps open in the background as they drain your iPad's processor speed, and that you have at least 1 or 2 GB open in storage as that will help as well. If you haven't in a while shut the iPad all the way off for a minute and then turn it back on. Sometimes that will also help to clean it up and perform better. Make sure your operating system is completely up to date as well. If that doesn't help then the app is just too much for your iPad to run properly.

Candy Crush Saga won't connect to Facebook to sync

I never could connect on my android 2.3 phone, but then I read something online about needing to uninstall and re-install the facebook app on the phone... the facebook app came with my phone, and my phone would not let me uninstall it! I WENT TO THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND SEARCHED FACEBOOK. When it came up, it had the option to update my facebook app, so I updated it, after that CANDY CRUSH CONNECTED TO FACEBOOK NO PROBLEM... go figure... my phone has automatically updated the facebook app several times, but the candy crush app would never connect until I updated the app manually using the google play store... Process com.appslib.vending on my coby kyros tab. Any solutions?

Installing the Windows software, Kryos USB drivers, and updating your Appslib:

  1. Download and install The Java Development Kit 6 here: https://cds.sun.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/WFS/CDS-CDS_Developer-Site/en_US/-/USD/ViewProductDetail-Start?ProductRef=jdk-6u24-oth-JPR@CDS-CDS_Developer
  2. Download and unzip the android-sdk-r07-windows.zip file to the C: drive on your computer: http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
  3. Go to the android-sdk-windows folder that you unzipped
  4. Launch SDKManager.exe
  5. Under choose which package to install, click accept all. As a part of what it is downloading, it will download the Android USB drivers. This part will probably take like 30 minutes or more to complete.
  6. Once the download is done, close the SDK Manager.
  7. You should now see a folder called usb_driver. Open that folder.
  8. You will see a file called android_winusb.inf. Replace that file with the one downloaded here: http://rapidshare.com/files/435451166/android_winusb.inf
  9. Plug in your Kyros device. Windows will still not find the driver for the device, but go into the Device manager, and select AndroidEclair, and update driver, browse my computer, let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
  10. Click "Have Disk" and browse to the c:\android-sdk-windows\usb_driver folder. Double click on android_winusb.inf.
  11. Select Android ADB Interface.
  12. It will then come up with some messages about this is unsigned or something, are you sure you want to do this, click yes or continue.
  13. Then it will install the driver and detect the kyros.
  14. Download appslib_2.apk here: http://files.appslib.com/apps/marketplace/v2/Appslib_2.apk
  15. Make sure you have external SD card (optional)
  16. Make sure your wireless is setup, on, and works.
  17. Under Settings (press the M button on the home screen to access settings)
  18. Select Applications, and make sure Unknown Sources is checked.
  19. On the Force prompt, select wait.
  20. If step 19 doesn't work you have 3 choices: A: call their customer service B: return to the home screen or C: Go to step 21
  21. Get the Droid Explorer for your Windows PC
  22. Make sure your KYROS is connected to the PC and launch DROID Explorer.
  23. Now you can uninstall apps or install apps.
  24. You need to download Appslib_2.apk, if you haven't already, click here and download the file to your PC.
  25. Uninstall the old Appslib before you install the new version Applib2.
  26. Transfer the Appslib_2.apk file to the [DOWNLOAD] folder on your device. Unplug your device.
  27. Open the File Manager on your tablet, go into the Download folder, and tap twice on the Appslib_2.apk file that you will find there to start the installation.
  28. Follow the on-screen instruction to install this newer version of the Appslib applications.
  29. At the end of the installation, select: "Open".

If you have an app that won't install correctly or is not working at all, you could try and download the Appslib update or upgrade here: http://www.cobyusa.com/?p=prod&prod_num_id=10498&pcat_id=1013

An alternative to the Appslib is Andexplorer, available here: http://www.lysesoft.com/products/andexplorer/index.html#download
