What is the model of your phone? If it is a SIM lock you can make a request to your network provider and get a new SIM card. If it is a phone lock try with the default code. If it does not work do a master rest to your phone. this would restore your phone with default factory settings. You can get master reset code for certain Nokia models from www.Classicunlocking.com .
