I went to train the drive on a Meade EXT 125 the slew moved extreamly slow to the right and would not allow to center to the left on the next step. Now I can't slew to the right it sounds like the gears...

I have a YouTube video about this just search for Telescopeman on YouTube. However if you cannot move the scope up-down-left or right with the controls either the hand controller is defective or something is broken inside the scope. Possibly a worm gear is not engaging or is simply broken.

Kobelco sr135 excavator won't slew right or left.

You have an hydraulic problem in most likeyhood. Check the fluid level, check the lines. I don't know exactly what a Kobelco is, but anytime a contractors piece of machinery won't slew right or left it has been a hydraulic fluid problem.

Lost the slew on a kamatsu pc40

Check that the key in the drive gear is not sheared in half. check that by trying to slew and see if the drive motor is working. The hydraulic motor may be seized up

Calibrate motors and then TRAIN the drives-- this sets the gear backlash.

You should Calibrate motors every time you take it outside and Train drives at least once every year. The symptom you describe is called "rubberbanding".

Train the drives.

Slew problem

You did tighten the DEC knob? If you did the altitude gears (a worm gear) is not engaing properly. You can either return it to Meade for repairs or attempt them yourself.

I would also check that you have fresh batteries and that the UP button on the hand controller is not broken.
