No schematic is necessary - the audio outputs of the play station go into the audio inputs of equalizer - then connect the audio equalizer output into the audio inputs of the receiver, could be labeled aux or whatever. Then turn receiver source control to the input you used and voila, SOUND.

Can you hook up a pyramid graphic equalizer 8600 to a Pioneer receiver audio video multi-channel vsx - D 912

The ideal way to do it is to hook up the preamp outputs of receiver directly to equalizer and the equalizer outputs to the amp inputs on receiver. Then unit will work with all sources.

I have a Teac Ag D9100 Receiver how do you install a equalizer

Best way to hook up equalizer is see if receiver has preamp outputs that can be connected to amp inputs. If so hook up equalizer to them and you are in business. Or you can hook up equalizer to the output of the device you want equalized and then hook up the EQ output to any receiver input.

Don't no how to hook it up ...

Instructions
Hook up an RCA patch cable
between the output of your car's
stereo receiver and the graphic
equalizer's RCA inputs. Use
stereo cables with male RCA
connectors.
Connect the equalizer's outputs
to the RCA inputs of your
amplifiers. How many cables you
need will depend upon the
number of amps in the system. In
most cases, you'll need two to
three to connect the equalizer to
the inputs of your amplifiers.
Hook up the equalizer to 12-volt
power. Use the same power
connections you used to connect
your amplifiers and receiver. The
equalizer's yellow wire should be
connected to a constant power
source, one that is not switched
off with the ignition, and the red
wire (not always present) to a
switched 12-volt power source.
Splice the wires by stripping the
insulation off the end of each
wire and then soldering or
crimping them together.
Connect the equalizer's blue
"turn-on" lead to the receiver's
blue wire. This turns the
equalizer on when the receiver is
powered up.

Need manual

Ron there is no such manual except those that might come with the Equalizer- Actually , the process is very simple. You take the output of the equalizer in hook to tape in. Tale the record out of the tape loop and hook to input of the equalizer. Then the equalizer will work when the tape look (tape monitor) for the receiver is selected- that is why it is called a tape loop as signal goes out and comes back in. If you have Pre outs and Pre in you could use it there too. In the tape loop connection any tape deck is then hooked to the Equalizer tape inputs- some have two.

Hookin equalizer to tape deck and recever

The equalizer I have seen have Line in, line out, tape in, tape out and that is how you utilize a unit like this. The line IN goes to the receivers tape record out. The line out goes to the receivers Tape play in or monitor, The tape deck hooks to the equalizer. The record or input of the tape deck hooks to the EQ record out, the Tape decks output hooks to the EQ's Tape in connectors. All these are stereo so there are left and right sides which you need to keep consistent. Red on a cable means Right, the white or black on cables mean Left or the top RCA connector on most equipment.
When playing back a tape the tape monitor is turned on with the receiver and left on. The way you record on tape from any source of the receiver is to select that source and it should go to the equalizer. Then the deck should record that source. To play a tape of the deck hooked to the equalizer then just press the tape monitor button on the EQ otherwise the Equalizer will just act as a loop and equalize any signal source that is coming from the receiver and the tape monitor on the receiver should stay on most of the time. Some equalizers have two tape inputs so you would hook another deck to that input and the owners manual of the equalizer should say how to select buttons to transfer tape signals from one to the other. If you master the concept of inputs and output of audio equipment then this hookup becomes another easy thing to do.

If no Amp is used, connect jacks ( Left, Right) from your receiver output to Bose equalizer Input ( L, R) where it says Amplifier. Then also under where it says Amplifier, connect jacks from Output to your speakers. This would require the type of speaker wires that are RCA (plug in, red and white) on one end bare wire on the other to the speakers.
I don't know what the output is on your Kenwood, but if it's low watts, an amp is much better to crank those Bose. It's a different connect with an amp. Go L &R from the receiver to Equalizer as before, then from equalizer to amp Input where it says Tuner. then hook bare speaker wires to back of amp to Bose speakers.
You should have full use of Bose controls. The Monitor button is for an extra component that can be hooked up on the back, right side of equalizer.
