a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Access the Android Market by clicking the App Drawer, then the Market Icon. Once you've done this, hit the search icon in the upper right corner, and type in "Skype". You can then click the option and the "Free" button and it will allow you to download it. Use this method to download ANY application!

These steps worked for me after hours of searching and trying different methods:
1) Log in to gmail account
2) Go to Account Settings
3) Click on Profile and Privacy
4) Click "Sign in to Dashboard"
5) Once signed into the dashboard click on "Manage Mobile devices" under the Calender section
6) Verify your mobile number
7) Go to market.android.com
8) Go to My Market Account
9) Click on the settings tab and your device should be listed.
