The antenna plug came out of the back of the TV. My son have this TV while he was in college and it was loose when he came home and we was moving the TV and didn't undo the antenna and it pulled out. Can I open the TV and put it back in or do I need to call a repairman. I can't find the manual for it.
The same thing happened to us. I had the online manual but am still looking. Sanyo sent the wrong part to me three times. You can fix it your self. 2 Easy. Take the back off you can see what needs to be done.

Take it to any TV repair shop. They'll solder things up so they work. It may not look as cute, but it'll work. Look in the yellow pages. If it's the cable modem you're talking about, contact your provider, they'll replace it at a price.
Was the block a cube about 1" ? You should be able to salvage one from an old tv. This block is used to isolate the antenna/cable from the "hot" chassis inside your tv. If you should find a used block ,make sure it does this. If you get one that gives you a direct connection to the chassis, your antenna/cable connector would give you a shock and probably burn out something in your tv when the cable is connected.
Some of the Sanyo's have this connector made on to the tuner. If this is the case you'd have to either put a new coax connector in the tuner OR replace the tuner.
