Question about iLO DVDR05 DVD Recorder
The disc drawer refuses to open. The problem was intermittent at first but now I can't get the machine to open unless I try to pry the drawer open. It's always been clean and in controlled climate and works well once I manage to get a disc inside. I think the drawer is off a bit cuz sometimes I have to push it shut further in in order for the machine to acknowledge the disc. Is it possible for me to open the machine and see if the drawer is off kilter? Thank you!
I have one and all i do is tap the top a few time tap it right where the door is

I read about some magnetic thing failing as the unit gets older. Mine does this sometimes and I gently tap top of unit as I hit the eject button. Works on mine so far.
