Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

  3. Select Reset NVRAM, press the OK button.

Try this:

1. To reset the NVRAM (this holds the control panel settings), turn off the printer.
2. Press and hold the On Line (0) and Enter (4) buttons, and turn on the printer. Keep the On Line (0) and Enter (4) buttons depressed until the message "Initializing...Please Wait" appears on display (this takes about one minute).
3. Release the On Line (0) and Enter (4) buttons and wait for the front panel to display "Ready." This takes about 45 seconds.
4. Press the Menu Up (1) button until the Reset Menu is displayed.
5. Press the Item Up (2) button until Factory Defaults is displayed.
6. Press the Value Up (3) button to display the choices. To actually reset the factory defaults you would select "Yes."
