Did you clean the corona wire when you replaced them? Even with the Drum being brand new, you still need to run the little piece of blue plastic back and forth across the wire that is called the corona wire. If you don't know where that is, and do not have the complete software for your printer - you can find that at the link I have provided below. The short version is that it is just in front of the toner cartridge on the drum housing. If you do have the software, open the user manual and look for the table of contents listing that refers to replacing toner and drum cartridges. This will show you a picture of where the corona wire is.

Try to print calibate your printer! It is usually in your properties section of your printer options and then go to the a section that will get you a cleaning too. Failing that then try to take it all apart again and put it back together making sure it's all locked in place and do another cleaning and alighnment.
