a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Can't go through the VCR in the normal way. The DTV box must be tuned to the channel you want to record and left there. Cannot tell VCR to tape one channel and watch another nor tape multiple timed and multiple channel shows unless the DTV is tuned to that specific channel. This makes most VSR functions useless.

We have Comcast and we plugged the cable straight into our Bravia, searched for Digital Channels and it found 131. We actually get all the HD channels that we had using the box, plus a few more. It's worth a try.

First of all, the change is actually goping from analog over-air broadcasting to a digital signal. Second, if you have cable or satelite, you don't need anything. The only time a converter is required is if you use rabbit ears or an external antenna. In your case, the TV DOES have a digital tuner so you DO NOT need a converter in either case.

I was searching for a manual for an OKITVV26D as the original is all in Spanish. The website, www.okiprintingsolutions.com , listed in the manual did not appear to list any TVs. However I found the Spanish OKI website and after several attempts came across this page that lists one manual in English:-
Select Familia = TELEVISORES and
Modelo = MANUAL USUARIO TV OKI 32" CON TDT (Inglés)
then click the Visualizer button [Download].
If certain functions on your TV are not listed in the above manual then try this site
http://uk.babelfish.yahoo.com/ as it will allow you to translate a number of languages to (roughly) English.

Separate analog audio cables are not required (see

not output digital audio signals. In that case, you
may hear sound by connecting analog audio cables.
However, if you connect analog audio cables with
this connection, the HDMI terminal on the TV will
not receive the HDMI digital audio signal and you
will hear analog audio only.

To connect a DVI device, you will need:

The recommended length is 6.6 ft (2m).
