An inch is exactly 25.4mm so 75mm is just under three inches (about 2.95 inches).

How do you get the right angle at the top off stairs when the length going up the stairs meets the strght one at the top

Usually the angle of winder treads, I assume that is what youare talking about, is 30degrees as there are 3 treads to get round a 90degree turn.
The important thing from a saftey point of view is not to run the treads to a point but leave about 75mm /3 inches of tread at the narrowest part. more if you can work it and find the room

I need to know how long the stand?

Lean bike as close as vertical as you can with throttle side against a wall. Let bike rest normally on suspension and place a housebrick or 3 inch (75mm) block 12 inches (300mm) away from sidestand mounting point. Measure the distance from this mouint point to top of block. This is the optimum length. Use frame quality tubing and solid steel lugs. Check return space along swingarm also. Cheers.

I do have old Nikon lens manual 1.2/50 mm,want to use it with modern digital SLR-which one can be used with, where I can get converter?

No converter needed. The lens will fit on every Nikon dSLR ever made. However, there are two things to keep in mind. One, most dSLRs have a sensor smaller than a frame of 35mm film. Thus, the camera only captures the central portion of the image, effectively giving you the same field of view as a 75mm lens instead of a 50mm lens. This applies to every camera except the D700 and the D3 family.

Two, this lens will shut off the meter on most dSLRs. You'll need the D700, D300 family, or the D3 family to be able to use the camera meter with this lens.

The Nikon D90 works well with the Nikon AF 50mm lenses and most other brand Nikon fit AF lenses. If they are not AF you will lose autofocus and metering.
Do you know that on the D90 the lens becomes a 75mm but the aperture stays the same, so for instance the 50mm f/1.8 is a 75mm f/1.8.

Tele converter option for Tamron 28-75mm f2.8

This is a lens for Sony/Minolta cameras. It is not compatible with the Nikon D90. Hence a Teleconverter for Nikon will not work on this lens to mount it to a Nikon D90.
