Was asked to add more comments but it is pretty well explained. There is no clog, used paper clip, compressed air and all lines are clear. When put into operation hot water will flow through just fine & works correctly HOWEVER, when a K-Cup is placed in no water disperses through. It just makes all the loud brewing sound and nothing happens. Take the cup out and then again it works perfectly!

TRY..Lifting up the water reservoir and drop it back into place. There is a magnet that has to be in the right position and putting the reservoir back into place causes it to go back where it should be.
It may be time to descale. Most models will give you a message when it's time to have the mineral deposits cleaned.
HERES HOW TO DO IT:

Pour approx 48 ouncs of white vinegar into the water resevoir. PLacew a large mug on the drip tray, DO NOT use a K-Cup, press the brew button. Pour contents into sink. REPEAT this process until the ADD WATER idicator light, lights up. Let brewer stand for at least 4 hours while it is on. Discard any residual vinegar in the resevoir and rinse thorughly.
FILL the resevoir with fresh water. Place a lage mug on the drip tray and hit brew, again NO K-CUP, pour contents of mug into sink.REPEAT until "ADD WATER" is indicated.
YOU MAY NEED TO REPEAT THE RINSE CYCLE IF YOU NOTICE ANY RESIDUAL VINEGAR TASTE

SOURCE: The water will not go through the pod to make the coffee

This sounds like the pin used to puncture the K-Cup is clogged with something...

since a K-Cup is not used when making conventional Tea, this sounds like you need to remove the k-cup holder, which, by the way is a 2 piece unit on the B70 models... and I believe is the same for yours...
the lower third of the k-cup holder snaps off... revealing a better look at the Piercing Pin.

Looking at the sharp pin inside the holder, you should notice that it IS hollow... and you need a metal... not plastic coated paper clip and get it through the piercing needle.

I think that will do it...

SOURCE: The Keurig is heating up the water, yet is does

1. Power off machine.

2. Using a metal paperclip, insert it into left side of top needle. It must insert at least 1" deep. Insert it into slot on right side and again from back of needle.

3. Remove KCup cradle. Separate bottom from top. In the top section, insert the paperclip up into bottom needle from the bottom upwards. It will not go all the way thru and this is normal.

4. Reassemble KCup cradle and reinsert it back into coffee maker.

SOURCE: MY KEURIG IS BLOCKED AND THE WATER WILL NOT COME OUT

5. Power on machine.

6. Brew a cup of water only. There may be coffee grounds in the water and these should eventually clear during the remaining steps. NOTE: A large cup brew cycle should output a full 8 ounces (235cc). Less means there is still a blockage.

I guess I would ask if the other sizes work correctly?
you did not say what over flows , the coffee cup or the Keurig basket.
if it is the basket then the holes that drain into coffee cup are clogged. You need to run (without a Keurig coffee cup) just hot water. This should be done a few times.

All of a sudden my mom's Keuring B40 won't make a full cup of coffee.

Mine started to do that about a month ago. I would have to brew multiple "cups" just to fill one coffee cup. I ran several cycles of the largest cup, without any K-cups, to clean out the small metal spout. After about 3 hot-water cycles, it worked fine. I do this periodically, as I don't use the Keurig daily, so some of the residue builds up between uses.
