Hi Christopher, My bank is doing the same thing now. With ID theft being rampant, most banks are resorting to these measures to keep ID thieves from easily getting to your account. I know what you mean about all the questions....It's just a hassle I know. My bank has started implementing a mandatory Password Change every 60 days. I hope this answers your question.

surrounding areas at times and can be annoying. I called Toshiba and
had a service man come out and even though he acknowledged that this is
common, Toshiba will not replace the screen.

I had the same problem but it was due to the above :)
When a call was coming in I was pushing the phone button on the receiver. After reading the manual I discovered that is the "ignore" button for incoming calls. To answer the call you simply push the multifunction knob.
