Question about Cell Phones
You may need to factory reset your device. (Erase all data and restore the operating system to stock). Most devices you can accomplish this by powering the device off. Tap the power, then immediately press and hold either (power + vol down) or (power + vol up) until you get a menu. Use the vol buttons to navigate to factory reset or recover and the power button to select the option. If neither of these work you may need to consult the manufacturers site for factory reset instructions.

you need to force it into master resetwith the device off hold volume up and power until you see the samsung logo then let go of power and continue holding the volume up until you see the admin user menu select master reset with the volume control and press the power button to choose it this should help you
