Gave up on Mixet. Never has worked properly after many plumber visits. Going to tear out the tile and go with another product.

If you the teapot style faucet directly on top of handle, the little round cap should come off so you can see the screw that lets you remove handle. The other style will have set screws on the outside of either handle. You will need a allen wrench.

check the strainer where the water comes out of your faucet it may be clogged or if the faucet has a cartridge in it it may be clogged and you will have to dis assemble the faucet to clean it usually the strainer is the problem and it should unscrew by hand

Check the weight and see if it has screws in it to move in on the hose line the distance it lacks retracting.
Most of them can be adjusted to proper retracting mode. It may have a couple of screws in it.

they unscrew from the faucet. counter clockwise.
if they are a little stubborn, you can use channel lock pliers, GENTLY grab the aerator with the pliers and GENTLY twist, counter clockwise.
do not use the pliers to re-install, just hand tight.
