Sad to hear they did not sent you the manual.. Anyway, I did search the internet for it and couldn't find any manual for your watch. Is there something wrong with your watch? It is a very beautiful watch! The controls should be basic. Just pull the lever all the way up to adjust the time.

Can you please specify the the Brand and Model of the watch? If you don't know it, just specify all the markings you can read from the watch.
