Does your blu-ray player have wifi and have you input the wifi details into the blu-ray player? Have you used the correct security protocol for the wifi password? Is the blu-ray player further from the router than the pc? Unfortunately there are a lot of potential issues here...

Hopefully it will be something like the wireless security protocol you're using in which case you're just checking to see whether both devices are using WEP or hopefully WPA/WPA2.

Hey,try checking with different laptop or phone connecting with your wifi. You will figure it out whether it is a wifi problem or your phone. If it is the phone problem try to reset so that it may solve the problem.Because i had undergone the same and i tried to reset as it is a brand new phone and i dnt have much applications , pictures and other stuffs on my phone and it worked fine.I dont know how it solved the issue, but i guessed it would solve and i performed the reset. You can also try with this.Good luck:)

I BOUGHT A BLUERAY PLAYER NOW SAYS NO CONNECTION BOUGHT A BELKIN ROUTER SO WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET THE ROUTER TO CONNECT TO THE BLUERAY PLAYER

Well first you have to connect the router to your modem for the internet and follow the steps in instructions to set up router. Make you are able to connect to internet on your pc. Then you will have to make sure that your blue ray has wifi built in or is wifi ready with the wifi adapter. if not you can run a network cable from the router to the blueray. You will then search fro a network connection on your bluray and connect it. Hope this helps, best of luck to you :)

Exceed not working on office network

Well, first, what is your internet connection bandwidth?
Most of the vpns drop the connections when the speed is not good enough, and that means your application won't work fine.
Also, when you use WiFi you can transmit upto 54megabits per second only (the wired network speed is 100MBPS), unless you have wifi N.
Anyway, first I would check the internet speed/bandwidth, test with a faster one, and if everything goes fine, then you know what the problem was :D.
