I will tell the truth , Nobody from factory give the service manual, only user manual or owner.
i will give the website: www. nordicktrack.com go to customer service and then part & manual give you model, etc and download free. However you will contact them or call toll free and explain your situation.
I will another place but you must pay for the service manual: www.fitnessrepairparts.com
Is there anything that i can help you with your problem:electrical or electronic or mechanical?
Inspect the rear plastic end cap. It is the plastic part at the back of the machine. The adjustment screws can be found there. These end caps disintegrate after time and break. You will see the discoloured plastic where the damage has occurred. If this is the case, the end cap must be replaced and belt readjusted.
I had the SAME problem, several time, with my NordicTrack A2250 Treadmill.
Allow it to go fully up and then fully down several times, without turning it off. IT seems to "cycle" that way 3 times and then "reboots" itself and starts working normally, again.
I had to figure this out myself... none of the suggestions I read worked.
