in your owners manual it should list the codecs that are compatible ( eg. avi mp4 ect ) try to make sure those are the ones that you play . also check there website to see if they offer any updates for the system itself . Sometimes they do , and it's just a matter of downloading them onto your usb drive and installing them into the unit . They will give you instruction on there website if this is an option . Oh and make sure you know the model number of the unit before you go to the site to make things easier for yourself
