Question about Dell Precision M90 Notebook
Can't boot to start-up windows after pressing. I compress files for more disc space
Your MBR (Master Boot Record) is probably corrupted.
You could use Google to find a way how to repair the MBR for your specific OS

There are a number of possible causes for BOOTMGR errors, including the most common "BOOTMGR is missing" error message.
The most common reasons for BOOTMGR errors include corrupt and misconfigured files, hard drive and operating system upgrade issues, corrupt hard drive sectors, an outdated BIOS, and damaged or loose IDE cables.
i strongly suggest formatting your hard disk drive, and reinstalling the recovery CDs
if you dont have them, get Dell to send them to you -- it will cost you money

Just restart your computer and during its booting process , keep tapping on F8 until you will see the "Windows Advance Option" where you can find " Repair you computer" (Note: Sometimes its not there as your option, if that happens you will have no choice but to use your Operating Disc) then you would need this link as your guide... http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/fixing-bootmgr-is-missing-error-while-trying-to-boot-windows-vista/ I hope this will help.
