Need help with a 2006 Honda accord lx? It has a blown front drivers side seatbelt. How do i take it out?

I was thinking of trying to take it out by taking off the plastic side panel that's between doors where the seatbelt is but I don't know or maybe there's a Better solution ?

Nope. no other option. you have to get to the "point A" where the seatbelt starts at. it will be in a round bowl like fixture that allows it to spin and wind up and unwind, when you put on or take off your seat belt. the whole fitting will be mounted under the plastic panel. the part that goes across your waste is mounted under the seat and you to remove the pieces (in picture) that the belt goes through and directs it across your shoulders and snaps in and buckles.

My automatic seatbelt doesnt work anymore. i have a 1990 accord lx 5-speed and it used to get stuck have way and know it wont recline at all. is it a bad fuse or the computer? i disconnected the seatbelt...

If both passengers and drivers side retractable belts have stopped moving, then it's likely the controller that's located under the passengers seat has gone bad. If only one side has stopped retracting and moving then that side motor has probably gone bad.

I can't find obd plug on my honda accord 1994 LX .The check light is on.

it will be behind the plastic kick panel on the passenger side (I think, also could be driver side)down by the front passenger floor area, in front of the door hinges. there will be a blue 2-pin connector that is not plugged into anything. jump the two pins with a paperclip, and, turn the ignition on without starting, and the check light will flash the codes (long flash=value of 10)
(short flash=value of 1)
eg: 3 long flashes, followed by 5 short flashes = code 35.

Seatbelts won't go back up

Could be as simple as a burnt fuse under the hood, near passenger side. I believe it's a 15a or 20. Does your radio work at all. I think they run together. That's what happen to mine. Good luck

1991 CIVIC LX AUTOMATIC SEATBELTS NOT WORKING.

I had a problem on a 91 Civic DX where the drivers auto seat belt wouldnt move and the beeper would not stop.Had a blown seat belt fuse.Replaced the fuse no more problem. The Seat belt fuses are located under the red cover that covers the positive battery terminal. On mine the fuse closest to the font of the car was for the drivers side auto seat belt the one closest to the windshield is for the passager seat belt. They are green and rated at 30A.
