The antifreeze tank is completely empty what kind of antifreeze should I use and how much do I use

If the reservoir is empty, you may want to start out by draining your radiator completely and starting over. there is a petcock valve at the bottom of the radiator. EPA Says you can't drain it onto the ground, but that's your decision. Anyway.....Buy full strength antifreeze. Take a empty gallon jug (could be a gallon milk jug so you can see more easily) and mix one half antifreeze to one half water.Take the cap off the radiator and add it it there. When it is full, put the cap back on the radiator and crank your vehicle to circulate it.Then start adding the antifreeze/ water mixture to the reservoir. As it goes down keep adding until it levels out at the normally hot line on the reservoir. As for the type of's basically all the same which is Propylene glycol. CAUTION ! DON"T REMOVE THE RADIATOR CAP AFTER THE ENGINE HAS WARMED UP ! Hope this helps.

We started getting a blinking light... indicating the jug needed replacement... after installing a full jug. The unit would cycle, then the red blinking light would come back on. Upon careful inspection of the feed tube and lines, it was realized that the plastic line on the intake of the pump body had been inadvertently pulled out just slightly (presumably from jostling the jug around during replacement). I believe that this breaks the seal the unit requires for suction, and caused the fault. I simply pushed the (white) plastic line back into pump body and heard an audible 'click'. Unit works fine now. I hope this helps, as these units are not exactly cheap.

Viva bottom loading water cooler does not dispense water

Some others addressed this issue on before:
Brett 42 said: the water line is froze.. I took a hair dryer and applied it directly to the dispenser for about 10 minutes. I then held down the buttton for approximately 30 seconds and the water began to drip extremely slowly then faster until a small chunk of ice shot out of the dispenser. I believe the reason this happened was that I the temp of my freezer set lower than the fatory setting.
Mike Smith said: "1) remove the tubing connector behind refrig kickplate . Press for water . If no water comes from tube under refrig , then possibly frozen tank but probably not . Probably bad water inlet valve . ( tank is in the lower potrion of the refrig section behind the crispers ) .
2) if water does shoot out , then your freezer door is frozen which requires leaving door open and tapeing light switch closed and tape plastic around freezer section opening so fridge will continue to operate normally . Thawing freezer door could take a day or 2 . 3) You can plug the hoses back togather and walk by occasionally pressing water untill comes out . Lower your freezer temperature setting also ( could be set for too cold)"

I hope this helps you out!

Changed water jugs now it doesn't work, was working fine. Any suggestions

I think you have air in the line. Try shaking the machine and continue to dispense water through hot and cold. That should take care of problem.

How to clean and sanitize a Kentwood water cooler?

Using one cup of bleach Per 5 gallon jug. Find the drain plugs on the bottom of the unit there are two. Drain unit of any water that is in it now. Replaced drain plugs. Place 5 gallon jug on top of unit and allow unit to fill. Be sure that heated water is off. Open spigots and allow a gallon of water to drain. After about 15 minutes open the drain plugs and allow all of the solution to drain out. Proceed to fill the 5 gallon jug with clean Clear filtered water and allow that to drain thru the unit, do this five more times.

There is a full 5 gallon jug of water perched atop the cooler, yet it does not dispense any water. I was able to fill 4 cups consecutively an hour it only drips. This issue has occured once...

Something is obviously clogged.
Try opening the valves and blast some air through perhaps from a tire compressor.
Of course use common sense and don't apply pressure to jugs, etc.

The correct way to start the wash cycle

we have just purchased a Fagor dishwasher also - the instruction manual is worthless.

in regards to the 2 thin tubes, we just inserted them in the gallon jugs that the soap/rinse agents comes in and it works fine. just make sure the clear tube without the label goes in the rinse agent and the labeled tube goes in the soap jug. we did drill a hole in the top cap of the jugs and pushed the line thru and that helped keeping the tubes in the jugs and minimized the mess if the jugs fell over.

in regards to the temperature problem, we found that running it thru a couple of cycles before you start the actual dishes helped get the water temperature up faster. it seems to like to start with normal tap hot water first, so the 1st couple of cycles get the cold water out of the line.
