Depending on the browser you are using in CHROME
go to the top right side and click the 3 horizontal bars and scroll to the bottom to settings, once that is open at the top where it says
when it has the bubble selected *Open a specific page or set of pages.* select the words in blue Set pages once in there remove the one you dont want by moving the mouse to the right until the X appears and in the *Add new page box* type the new address you would like ie www.google.com hit Ok and your done
