Don't do what Fred said. this is a complicated switch-mode amplifier - you'll need to pass it to someone who knows these.
after you recplace the obviously burned parts, you need to run it up in test mode and go through the test procedures until you find the other faults that caused it to fail.

Soundcraft EPM12, need power suply schematic pls.

This isn't your model BUT it is likely so similar as to be close enough to work a power supply problem.

These companies don't change designs very much between different models.

I have 2 mackie mr8's and only one does it. can you help me. basically when i turn it on after it being off for a while, the driver 'sucks' in and makes a loud buzzing sound. can you help please

For some reason the power amp is saturating to one side of the power suply rails. This can happen if :
1. Power supply looses one of the polarities.
2. The Power amp circuit loses the DC feedback and saturates to one of he rails.
3. A circuit board trace or bad solder loses one polarity to the power amp.

DO NOT permit the unit to run this way for any length of time because it will burn out the voice coil of the speaker.

The buzzing is due to the amp losing feedback and basically connecting the speaker to one side of the power supply. The ripple current of the supply causes the buzzing.

Put a 40 wat light bulb in series with the hot lead of your line cord to act as a current limiter while troubleshooting the problem. You can find the problem with only a voltmeter.

Power suply

If the power supply fried, it is likely one of the power amp channels, usually the rearmost one has fried. There is a weak insulation thing between layers of the multi-layer circuit board that shorts.

DO NOT replace a fuse in a failed unit till problem is fixed as you will LIKELY do more damage!!!!

I have a Phonic Helix Board 24 firewire MK2 When i open it all the peak led stays open I think the power suply is busted I need an expert

The power supply uses three, 3 terminal regulator chips. You should find +/- 15 volts and +5 volts DC from those. There are two fuses, one for each polarity. If one of those is blown, that would cause the problem and one would need to find WHY it blew before replacing it.
You need to find a competent electronics repair person.

Im looking for a curcuit diagram for the switchmode power supply in my Behringer PMP3000.

If the supply failed I can tell you which parts to replace... and if it failed there may be a failure in the power amp that caused it. You can contact be directely at fredy2 @ put Behringer in the subject.

The supply when it fails takes out eleven components including two expensive IGBT transistors. If the rearmost amp fried, add at least four more components and a lot of work carving out burned board and wiring around the blown circuit traces.

Peavy viper 75 watt modulating amplifier stops getting power.

Your are on the right track. This fuse may look good but still be bad. once you in there all ways replace with new, it helps extend the life. 95% sure it s the fuse. If not it will need to go on the bench. Good luck DFD
