A proper healthy breakfast is essential for body.Never skip your breakfast, I heard a lot of time people skip meals and breakfast which is not good for health and will not be going to help in reducing weight.
Skipping a breakfast is not a good way to lose your weight. You can loose your weight by eating healthy food.
Some of the breakfast that will help you to loss weight are:
1.Raspberries
2. Oatmeal
3. Yogurt
4. Peanut butter
5. eggs
6. Fruits and vegetables, etc.
All of this food will help you to lose weight healthly.

#. You need to exercise regularly

Exercising intensively for two hours once every fifteen days has no value for weight loss. Conversely, someone who exercises daily, even 30 minutes, can greatly gain from the various benefits of exercise to health, while simultaneously laying the foundation for maintaining a desired weight and enabling rapid weight loss.

Yes.Walking/ running is ideal exercise for weight loss, only if done in a right way. It is a great workout for a person with a busy schedule, you can do it anytime and anywhere.
After every meals do some walks and you will feel much better.
For weight loss, I recommend running before breakfast. You can eat some fruits or drink fruit juice to avoid fatigue. Maintain a healthy diet and exrcsie for effective weight loss.
