Reinstall sound driver, but first check for right one -> go to device manager -> click on "sound..." -> then click one of "audio controller" and then properties-> on information tab click from the menu: hardware ID and paste it in the google search-> and find the correct one and download... most popular is realtek audio, so try there as well , on their company website
