Check to see if anything on the low voltage circuit is stealing voltage ie gas valve...make sure you have the proper low voltage to the ignition module (check the transformer)

Automatic restart is not working. Seems to keep saying eco problem...I thinl...the code is four flashes followed by two flashes.

Gas control valve is not identified, so error code is not known.
ECO means energy cut off.
Energy cut off happens when gas control valve thermostat has gone bad, or when gas control senses runaway heating inside combustion chamber.
Newer heaters have resettable ECO for combustion overheat. This reset is typically located on combustion chamber door and is round and has two wires that connect back to gas control. Generally you have to clean combustion chamber and tubes and catch up on maintenance, then reset ECO, then fire up heater again to see if problem is resolved.

Newer heater does not have reset for bad thermostat, and in that case you replace gas control valve thermostat.
Older heater does not have reset, and combustion chamber and parts are cleaned, and gas control valve thermostat is replaced.
Your manual is best place to start troubleshoot.

Need to keep turning up tempature to get hot water

The thermostat probe inside the tank is scaling up with mineral buildup. You can drain the tank and then remove the control. Soak the thermostats probe in vinegar and a little baking soda. Do not let the mix get into the control box. Reinstall the control once the scale is removed. If this does not help, you will need to replace the control box.

Burner lites but goes out after 2 or 3 min.

the white rodgers gas control needs to be replaced;
the way it works is: the thermocouple opens the pilot gas circuit and, holds it open
when it heats up by creating a magnetic field in the gas control then: when you turn
the knob on the gas control to "on" a valve inside the gas valve opens the main gas circuit and, electricity supplied by your RV keeps it open.
the main gas coil inside the gas valve is defective and, can not hold the main gas circuit to the burner open anymore.

Water heater pilot and burner keep going out.

If this is a common occurrence, then it may be time to replace the thermocouple that controls the pilot part of the gas valve. If it still keep going out, gas valve may be faulty.

I keep getting error code c4 76

You are having a communication fault with remote control...........#1...Check remote control wiring for loose or damaged connection. #2-Bypass remote control cable by connecting remote control directly to remote control terminals on PCB. Repalce caable if found to be faulty #3- Repalce remote control and #4- replace the PCB. These are items connected to your problem....it may be anyone of these....Good Luck
