Jeff, the specs say it is 230 volt, 16 amp minimum, start up would be more, probably minimum 20 amp.or larger, check your manual. Are you using a small gage/ low capacity extension cord this could blow a breaker or may have an internal short have checked by a Karcher repair center. I am after an operators manual or set up instruction s for a viper APW2200 pressure washer

First you will need your model number which I believe is PW1700-B2.
Then you go to this page:

Hi,

Sounds as simple a fix as " The Fuse Has Blown "
Check the fuse in the plug, and it,s Rating.
I,d assume this should be rated at 13 AMPs.
If the fuse is 3-5 amps it,s under-rated.
You should get it tested out if your not electrical minded, you may have a short circuit. live/earth et.c.
