You need to check the current rating of your heat strips. If it is more than 60 amps then you need a bigger breaker. If 60 amps or less then your heat strips are going bad. Also make sure your fan turns smoothly without any wobble.

My oven will not heat

From your description it could be that the heating element(s) shorted and failed. It is likely that one (or both?) will have to be replaced

My dryer wont heat up and i was wondering if it is the lightbulb that heats up the dryer

No it is not the light bulb that heats it. It has an element inside that heats up. Before anything you need to go to your breaker box and find the breaker marked dryer and reset both sides of the breaker. What I mean by this is the breaker box that is for the power coming in to your house. It is in this panel that the breakers are for the power in your house. The dryer breaker is a double 110 volt making it a 220 volt breaker .So both of the 110 volt switches need to be reset.
Also make sure you are on a cycle on the dryer that requires heat. Try the setting that has the numbers for the amount of time you want to run it for set it to 45 minutes and leave it for five minutes and then open the dryer and see if there is any heat. If there is no heat we may have to call the repair man to come over and look at it . If it does work then your in luck so please remember to click on the yes box on you way off the web site. Thanks and Good Luck!

Dryer will not heat up.......... Clearered lint path but still no heat...... Troubleshooting mentions a curcuitbreaker...... Where is it located? Do you have any other ideas? Please respond ASAP...

The circuit breaker that they are talking about is the breaker box in your house. This is where your breakers are for the whole house(the fuse box) The breaker for the dryere should be listed on a list most likely on the inside of the door to the panel. You can check the list to see what number the dryer is on and then find it in the breakers. It is a double switch breaker because the dryer runs on 220 volts not 110 volt. The reason for this is the heating element that is in the dryer requires more power. Resetg both of the switches assigned to the dryer as they will be side by side ,Each one of those is a 110 volt breaker.after reseting them close the panel and go back and check the dryer. If it works be sure to click on the yes box on the site here so we know we helped you out. Thanks for your time and good luck...bye for now

Barrel of dryer turns but no heat

Your heating element needs to be replaced, or the 240 breaker in your breaker box has tripped. I was a maytag technician for several years...So, check your breaker box for any tripped breakers or the heating element in the dryer needs to be replaced, or the t.stat for the element has blown.

Stove top or oven doesn't heats. range type is a accubake system

Have you check the outlet to see if its geting power, if not, check the main breaker in the breaker box, you may have to turn the breaker to the off postion and then back to the on postion, if power is going to the outlet your stove should work.

Your dryer may not be heating because the electric elements have gone bad on your unit. Replacement is easy enough although purchasing the element box may be costly. First check your breaker box to see if it has tripped the breaker, on occasion only half the breaker will flip so that the dryer will run but not heat up. Flip the breaker all the way off then back on and see if that helps, if not get ready to purchase elements.

Heater element will not heat drum.

if it's turning and not heating, chances are that it could be a broken heating element or it's not getting the full power. before taking the dryer apart, go to the breaker box that supplies power to it and pull the breakers completely off and then on. if that doesn't work, you could have a bad breaker or a bad heating element. if one of the breakers seems kind of loose or wiggles easily it needs changing anyway.
