the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

things you need to try: (try in this order and test after trying one at a time)
1. clear cookies, temporary internet files, browsing history
2. update java
3. reset internet zone security to defaults
4. disable filter phishing and test.
5. disable pop up filter
6. tried to add following sites to trusted sites:
7.disable add-ons you may not need.
8. check you antivirus!! and scan your computer.
9. switch to firefox and if it works in firefox.. you may need to reinstall ie.

SOURCE: Vista Home won't boot
NeoSmart Technologies offers a download called Vista Recovery Disk in .iso format. Download and mount the iso with your favorit burning program. Boot to the cd to access the recovery center. Hopefully you'll be able to repair your Windows Vista installation or restore to a known good configuration.

I'm sorry but you have to do a complete REINSTALLATION of your OS. (D: i guess, the place where you have installed windowsxp). And usually, Mup.sys is a culprit which crashes the system. You NEED NOT format the rest of the hard drive. Just follow the normal steps on how you do a installation using boot up CD. Select the same partition where you have present xp and DO NOT FORMAT the drive before installing. The existing installation will get over written. But one thing is you'll have to reinstall all the softwares which you already have.. The ones which need data from registry won't work. Others wud work. Also your 'my docs' folder will be saved.. this should work. all the best.. :)
