Question about Cell Phones
You need to remove the back of your phone and remove the battery for at least 10 seconds. If you have a phone with a embedded "NON REMOVABLE" battery you need to look up your model on www.google.com and find out what the reset configuration is. With out the actual model of the phone I cannot assist you in the reset process if it turns out your battery is embedded.
