Unfortunately you can undelete them - also the deletion warning tells that this is an unrecoverable action. Therefore the only solution is re-uploading all your videos again.
You have to download or get the other/another remaining volume/s, otherwise you'll not be able to extract the video. This is very common with winrar since most free online file sharing websites has a one time upload limit, i.e. one file size, for example, 4shared.com allows user to upload a maximum of 100MB per file, if a file is more than 100mb, you can never upload the file, maybe it's another case for Premium Users.
When creating a winrar file for the video, the uploader or the sender might have divided the file/video into several parts to meet the upload size, and so unless you get the remaining parts/volumes, you'll never be able to open the contents. I would suggest you to visit the same page or search the same file name to get the remaining volumes. It should have Part 1 or Part 2 and so on with the file name.

Look at the web log under 'basic'. Select destination filter, type in youtube - it will tell you what part of it is being blocked. If you see everything allowed, then you have some other problem, like a timeout from YouTube because your file is too big, or it is another network problem.
(1. its called uploading
2. I will tell you how
3.its computer unless its a windows computer)
1. go on http://www.youtube.com
2. click on create account
3.click upload
4.follow instructions
5.done
So after a little digging around I might have a solution for you. Use this program (Super) to convert your files into Windows Media Video (.wmv) files and Movie Maker should be able to handle them.
