Battery direction when you put the batteries in you are supposed to match the + to + well in the battery compartment, the springs are lined up in the same way, not opposite. Is that how it is supposed to be?

The conair ww39 requires 2 batteries. When replacing what direction do they go?

Hello (revised)

Revision:
If the batteries stack on top of each other, they have to all go in the same direction. Be sure the flat backs are in the direction toward the spring. The protrusion on the other end of the battery will face away from the spring.
End revision.

It is very common to use the following method.

Look into the compartment and you will see a spring where each battery goes. Place the battery's flat bottom against the spring.
Put the compartment cover back on and test your scale. If the batteries are good and the scale works it should be ready for you to use once again.

Best wishes,
Joe

I have a galaxy dx 99v2 18 ft coax hooked directly to ball on my 102 wip and spring ,3ft jumper to swr meater all grounded to battery and power directly to battery tryed to set SWR and pegeing out

first of you have to set the SWR on the radio first . then some liniers require you to run low wattage and others high wattage . the SWR is what you have to control by keeping it low . You must take into consideration the length of the coax plus any jumpers you have . You say you have 18 ft of coax plus a 3 ft. jumper ,thats 21 ft..You should keep that jumper as short as possible ,like 12" . plus you should make sure the antenna is grounded good , like to a good spot under the vehicle . 102 " whips are supposed to be almost perfectly tuned for a good match .

Replace a spring

I assume that you have to replace the battery contact spring, at its battery compartment. If so, you have to open the remote control; as the springs two ends are soldered directly to the printed circuit board inside the remote control. Contact any service technician to do this. It will be the best. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

How do I change out the batteries in a Safety First nodaway?

The battery compartment is secured to the bottom of the bassinet. Remove the baskets from the fabric shelf (if present) and look between the frame rails. The battery compartment has two covers, each secured by a Philips screws (one on each side of the compartment). Unscrew the screws and you'll see 2 AA batteries in each section. Match the orientation of the batteries when you replace them. Then replace the covers and their screws. Then put back the baskets.

The instructions for the Nod-A-Way Bassinet are available from the manufacturer: http://safety1st.djgusa.com/en/djgusa/nod-a-way-trade%3B-bassinet-bt044awu--1 . The direct link to the manual is http://safety1st.djgusa.com/product_instructions/en/BT044_inst_ES_030612.pdf .

I hope this helps.

How do I replace the battery, in a Casio G-Shock G-2300 9V watch?

Your watch is a solar powered watch and normally you don't need battery change .Nevertheless,if (as it is an old Casio model),you are convinced that battery is the cause of your problems, then replace.
1) You have to be absolutely sure that you are able to carry out the procedure.
2) IMPORTANT!! Pse note that the specific battery IS NOT an ordinary battery as it is rechargeable.DO NOT TRY TO REPLACE WITH AN ORDINARY ONE.RISK OF EXPLOSION on your wrist.+total damage of the watch.New battery has to be exactly the same with the old one (ID.code).Can be ordered on E-Bay,I suppose.
3)TOOLS:Watchmakers screw drivers + philips small size screw driver (for backcover screws) + watchmaker tweezers + 2 finger rubber gloves.
Turn the watch upside down and carefully remove the four screws (try not to loose them).Remove the strap if needed.Gently remove the back cover.Pay attention as there must be 1 or 2 tiny springs embeded on the mechanism.Keep them in place and try not to loose them. You have to remove the plastic cover (pay extreme caution to the spring/s) in order to have access to the battery.Unlatch and remove (if needed) the battery holder ( if can be removed-remember the position to put it back correctly).Take out the battery and check for possible leaks.Check the battery compartment cleaness.DO NOT TOUCH WITH BARE FINGERTIPS THE CONTACTS OF THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT.DO NOT TOUCH THE NEW BATTERY ON BOTH SIDES WITH BARE FINGERTIPS.Use the finger gloves.Put the new battery in place (do not force) and secure back the battery lamina holder. There is a AC(All clear-reset) contact on the mechanism.Using the tweezers touch one end on this contact and the other to the metallic body of the mechanism.Lift the watch very carefully(as it is,upside down-without disturbing spring/s) and check if display is activated.By paying much caution put back the plastic cover correctly in position PAYING CAUTION TO THE SPRING/S. Clean up the back cover, gasket, and gasket furrow from dirt as good as possible.Check the gasket condition.Replace if needed.Apply a little amount of special gasket silicon compound all around the gasket, both sides.Put the gasket in place.Put back gently the back cover and screws in position.MAKE SURE TO POSITION THE BACK COVER CORRECTLY(in place and not upside down).Press it gently when in correct position before you screw.CHECK ALL AROUND FOR CORRECT CONTACT. DO NOT SCREW TOO TIGHT,DO NOT FORCE.Screw with fingertips until you meet resistance.
I hope this will help.
BRegards

Directions to reprogram hunter 952g

You need remote control.

Go to your circuit breaker or fuse box, and turn off the power to the fan you will be programming.

  • 2 Turn the fan's remote control over, and remove the battery compartment cover. Take out the remote's 12-volt alkaline battery, and set it aside.
  • 3 Match the DIP switches inside the remote's battery compartment with the DIP switches on the fan's receiver unit.
  • 4 Reinsert the 12-volt alkaline battery into the remote's battery compartment, and replace the battery compartment cover.
  • 5 Go back to your circuit breaker or fuse box, and turn the power to your fan back on.
  • 6 Press the "Hi," "Med" and "Lo" buttons on the remote control in quick succession. Complete this step within 20 seconds of completing Step 5. The remote is now programmed and ready to operate your fan.

How to open battery compartment on remote

That clear plastic tab was there simply to keep the battery from making contact and running down.Since you declined to specify a make or model I can't give you definitive instructions. Can you find the outline of the battery cover? There's probably a set of grooved ribs on the cover, possibly with an arrow. If there is an arrow, put your thumb on the ribs and push in that direction. If there isn't an arrow you may have to try both directions if it's not obvious which way it's supposed to go.If you need further assistance feel free to reply to this post, but also be sure to specify the make and model of whatever device you're trying to open.

How do I change the battery

if your blood pressure monitor is OMRON: Slide the battery cover off in the direction of the arrow shown on the cover. Install the batteries making sure the positive and negative polarities match the polarities shown in the battery compartment. Replace the battery cover. When you need to replace the batteries in your unit, remove and replace all of the batteries at the same time. We always recommend long-life alkaline batteries for best performance.
