Samsung e250 won't start

-   Hi - I have the same problem. I traveled out of country, used a SIM card over there, and it was fine. On the way back, I turned on my phone at my connecting airport to play some video games, and that was fine too (although it did not connect). When I came back home, my local SIM was disabled due to non-use for several weeks... but now phone will not start even with a good SIM inserted. It recognizes carrier, and then says Save Cancel and restarts.-   gsauri
