Sounds like your thermostat controller and or temperature sensor has failed, that, or it is the main Controller board, or both/all. Or it's an Element that's faulty. One must work through the troubleshooting procedures to isolate and then remedy the issue.

Try to find someone who has an ohm-meter or a multi-meter and can take your machine apart and test the heating element. One that is working should show continuity through the element., One with a blown element should show no current flow through the element.
