It sounds like you may need to contact your credit card company to see if they are blocking the transaction. Many credit cards block Facebook purchases for your security. There is a lot of fraud that goes on with facebook so they do it to protect you. Give your bank / card company a call and ask about the purchase, they should see the transaction on their end and why it didn't go through.
