SOURCE: tappet clearance and spark plug gap on 5.5 hp ohv

I have a Robin but they all are pretty much the same for plug gap and tappets. I worked in a lawnmower small engine repair shop for many years in San Diego
I set them all the same and never had one return. I just did mine a couple of months ago and hand lapped the intake and exhaust valve seats. Starts first time everytime like the 7.5 year old unit is new!!!

Plug gap 0.19

Tappets

Intake .005 cold
Exhaust .006 cold.

What is the general specification of Genset 20kv?

Generally 20 Kva power generator can produce more power. The voltage used in this 20 kva generator is 3 phase with frequency 50 Hz. 20 kva generator engine is already very enough for use on buildings that require large electrical power or public places such as shops. According to me HARGEN provides the best high quality genset.
To fill the fuel tank to the full required 62 liters of fuel in order to use this 20 kva generator engine with more leverage.
20 kva generator engine is also issued a noise that can reach 61.7 db or can be heard up to a distance of 7 meters away from where this generator is located.

Generator had been running for 3 hours with a/c and refrigerator and lights (on concession trailer)when we experienced a loss

the unit has gone into over load
The total power requirement has exceed the output of the generator
for example if the generator is a 2.500 kw or kva then it will generate well at 1.8 kva or kw but it will not run forever at 2.5 kva -kw
When a ac is running the power requirement will be constant on the generator and with the fridge as well then the load will be at the maximum out put of the unit.
when the fridge starts again the extra load will exceed the max out put of the generator and it will slow down ( lights dimming ) and eventually go into overload mode
have an accredited electrician calculate your maximum load requirement for an external power supply and then get a unit that is at least 15.. kva kw better that required
generally fridges use 1000watts , ac conditions will draw over 3000watts and any thing else adds up . I am guessing that your generator is only 2500 unit

How many kva has a 3 phase 10.5kw generator?

About 10.5. One KVA just about equals one kilowatt, because one VA just about equals one watt. Not exactly, under all conditions, but it's pretty close for most purposes.

I already broke one recoil starter assembly on my Astra Korea 3 kVA generator. I can start the generator, but with great effort. It takes about 6-8 pulls, and there's so much resistance that I can actually...

The easiest test to run on the generator is to remove the spark plug and see if it pulls easier. If it does then it is a compression problem. I doubt that is the case. If it does not then you need to take the generator off the motor and see if it still pulls hard.

How many watts would you get from a generator rated at 11hp and 5.8 kva. thanks

kva = kilo-volt-amps

watts = volts x amps = va

Therefore, 5.8kva = 5800 watts
