I have no display lights on my dual xdm6820 car

I have no display lights on my dual xdm6820 car radio. It does work but I can't see any words or graphics on the front of the unit. Can you tell me what is wrong?

if you have connected all the wires correctly you probably have a faulty dash,
If it is a removable face take it off and clean the terminals and re connect.
