Sounds There are clicking sounds and the sound of another phone being lifted up while I'm in conversation(but no one else is home), Feedback and echoes, the phone company did a check on the line 3 TIMES nothing. But two days later it's back,is anyone else having this issue?

Your phone uses sounds and vibrations to alert you, including ringtones, app notifications, alarms, and navigation feedback. You can customize any of these sounds, as well as control their volumes.

1. Change default ringtone for incoming calls

• Touch "Settings" icon from Home screen or under main menu.

From home screen, not within Swype, go to Menu>Settings>Language and Keyboard>Swype Settings>deselect Audio Feedback.

It is possible to record your phone conversations. Sounds like you are trying to activate a voice recorder while you are talking on the phone (this would only record one side of the conversation anyway - yours). Activate haptic feedback so you can feel the vibration. In the home screen press the button at the left of the home button and select Settings->Sound At the bottom of the Sound settings menu select "Haptic feedback".

Make sure your phones have the filters on them if the modem is pluged in on same line, this envelope is telling you that you either had missed calls or messages receved go into it and view all missed calls , it will then go away.

You don't absolutely *need* headphones (or a microphone or a headset that has both), but if you don't use headphones, then your Mac external microphone might pick up the sound of your conversation and you might get unpleasant levels of feedback.

1. Disconnect Battery from handset(s)
2. Disconnect Phone Cord from wall jack
3. Disconnect Phone cord from base unit
4. Disconnect AC adapter from wall outlet
5. Allow to sit for 30 min
6. Reconnect Phone Cord to base
7. Reconnect Phone cord to wall jack
8. Reconnect AC Adapter to wall outlet
9. Reconnect Battery to hanset until you click or feel the plug snap into place
10. Re-Register Handset by placing on main base in most instances.
