Horizonal lines

Unfortunately you can't.

This is what happens when you blow pixels on your monitor.

If it is still in warranty this will be covered.

If you are outside of your warranty then you will need a new monitor

When I first turn on my TV, I get horizonal faded lines

it probably has leaky capacitors in the hyper board or the video process board, this repair requires a qualified tv repairman, you can't do it yourself, alot of actual repairman can't handle this repair. it will get progressively worse as time goes on the more leaky the capacitors become.

I have the horizon elite 507 treadmill, how do I move the tread back to its normal position using the blue tool? thank you

Is it all the way over to one side? Is the belt damaged on one side? If it is damaged you will never get it to Track correctly.
If it is not damaged, then start the treadmill moving at about 2.5 mph, if the belt is all the way to the right then turn the right rear roller adjustment bolt, clockwise one full turn, and wait. did the belt move over a little? if yes the increase the speed to 5.0 mph and observe.
Make small adjustment from one side only until you get it straight.

I have a blue streak going horizontally through the top portion of the screen with shadows behind it. It also looks like the screen is "darker" or more yellow to it.

Your loosing you blue CRT. High voltage adjustment may cure. Horizonal like is called retrace line. Lack of high voltage allows this line to be visible

Red horizonal convergence tilts instead of adjusting evenly.

For your hitachi unit one of the convergence IC is bad along with couple of low value resistance on
the convrgence board.

Good luck

LIGHT BLUE VERTICAL LINE ON MONITOR

The vertical line is a bad pixel sensor at the edge of the screen, your screen has hundreds of vertical and horizonal pixel sensors. This is an indicator that the screen is going out and need replacing.
