This happens to my LG dishwasher every 6 months or so. It also makes a groaning sound as if the system is starved for water. The resolve the problem by removing the dishwasher and laying it over on it's right side. I then remove the two plastic assemblies that are on the left side and I remove them from the dishwasher (you will need a vice grips to remove the hose clamps from behind them, you will also need to remove the round circular water intake plastic disk that is on the inside of your dishwasher on the left hand side right in the middle of the left wall) and clean them. Once the water can run freely through these plastic parts you will get a good water flow and you should be fine. Until you have time to do this I recommend putting a few quarts of hot water into your dishwasher once you start to hear the groaning problem. This solution should be very easy for anyone who is comfortable doing their own oil change. Oh, and turn off the power supply first.

Thanks for using FixYa. Error FE in your Dishwasher indicates excessive water is supplied than the normal water level. If the dishwasher is overfilling it's caused because of water-inlet valve going bad. This valve is usually at the bottom left or right of the dishwasher, behind the lower access panel. It's the device with the main water line from the house, a rubber tube to the dishwasher, and two wires attached to it. If the water-inlet valve is defective, you need to completely replace it. Please accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

SOURCE: getting an error code OE
Hi Ged Lunny,
The OE error code means "Outlet Error"
The drain pump is either clogged or the outlet hose is kinked.
- Inspect the Drainage hose at the back for kinks.
- Open the unit, and at the bottom sump check the small drain pump area for any foreign object that may be obstructing it.
Kind Regards :-)

SOURCE: My LG direct drive dishwasher
Hi, according to the owner's manual on mine, "IE ERROR" means it's a 'water input error'. You have to check for a kink or clog to the water hose running to your machine. Once you unclog the water hose, you error code will disappear.
