How do I get something out of that the laminator ate?

You can't do any more laminating until you do. Some laminators have to be used with a document carrier and some don't. It sounds like yours does need one. This happened to me once. You have to remove the screws on the bottom, lift off the top and you will find your document and laminate pouch wrapped around the roller. Using a sharp paring knife or nail scissors, cut the pouch along one side making sure not to damage the ceramic roller. I have a recollection that I cut the pouch away on both sides. I used a chef's boning knife as this was at work in an airport business class lounge.

You can download a PDF file which is the manual but you have to have Adobe reader to read PDF file or a PDF to printer program to put on paper.
Just search for the manual using Google use the name of the brand name and the model and and the keyword user manual

The heat button won't turn on

either the top or lower heater shoe TCO is blown out. take the right side cover off, trace the wires back to the heat shoe and check for continuity, (unplug machine first) find out which TCO is blown order another one, replace it and your off to the races. I've fixed many of them.

GBC Pinnacle 27 won't come on

each heat shoe has a small thermal fuse, if either fuse is blown, the laminator keypanel will not operate. 99% fix everytime, just follow the wires from each heat shoe (right side of laminator) cover off. Ohm each set of wires and look for an open circuit. replace fuse (TCO) and it will work everytime.

I have a Lamiart-3201 laminator and the rollers are not working - or i cannot feed my item through the laminator. Usually I just put it in and the laminator feeds it out the other end...

Make sure your laminator is heated up properly before feeding material through. Usually, for a low-end laminator, you will wait anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes before it is completely heated up, allowing you to use it. There should be a red button that will tell you it is NOT ready yet, and a green button will tell you it is.
