We bought a Breville 4 port toaster just before Xmas last year. It flashed on start up about 3 weeks ago and thereafter failed to work. Your advice please, Regards, John Harvey

sounds like the internal heating element has blown, probably cheaper to buy a new one. but if your handy at repairs then change the elements. In the UK spare parts can be obtained from a company called "Buy Spares" they are online and do instructional video's on how to repair certain items

Have a Breville Ikon Panini Press ... doesn't work

First point of call would be to check the microtemp, which is the small heat regulating fuse inside. If that has blown, you most likely will have no power.

Otherwise call you local Breville Service Centre. If you're in Australia you'll find them at

NOTE: In Australia, this model has a Two year product guarantee. Check your receipt as it may be under warranty!
