a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Can't Get Into My Facebook
I had this problem 4 weeks ago, and I emailed email@example.com (or firstname.lastname@example.org, can't remember) and they got back to me 2 weeks after with a really nice reply, and sorted it out for me. Put my account back to normal, and gave me a new password.
They were absolutely lovely, and when I emailed them back to say thanks they even sent me another email saying 'no problem'.
Just email them and be patient :)

1. You are talking about the 'Captcha' image showing code!
2. Whenever such code problem occurs, then Refresh / Reload that web page and try to enter such code!
3. You should also check the Caps (Capital Or Small letter) in that code!
please rate this advice if this helps...tc! :)
