B2700 samsung mobile, screen has a black box with F O O 5 1 17 in it. The phone is then frozen. Have to remove battery to turn it off.Sometimes this happens immediately when I turn it on and other times 5-10 mins after. This is a program or software issue or some components could have gone bad. But you need to try to do basic steps first. Try to power cycle the phone. Remove the battery while the phone is turned ON. Leave the battery out for 5 minutes, then put it back in and turn ON the phone.
