Sony NW-E105 doesnt turn on!

I have a big problem with my Sony Mp3 player, (NW-E105).
Firstly, it stopped working today, as i tried to turn it on but it didnt want to. I pressed every button and changed the battery several times to see if that was the problem but still no luck
Then after i left it for a while, and when i pressed play it started playing again but funnily enough it only played for a minute or so. And then stopped working again (tried everything again, pressing the buttons and chaning the battery, but still no luck)
Then i waited ten minutes again, and then it started playing but only for a minute again. and it contiously kept doing this.
So i plugged the Mp3 player in the computer and, it turned on with the same usual screen saying "USB CONNECT".

Someone please help me, who could possibly tell me the problem and some suggestions? thanks! :)
