Question about Kenmore 94499 Refrigerator

Fridge filling with water

Our refridgerator is always full of water. Under the crisper drawers, on the shelves, in the drawers, on the floor. I have seen water pouring out of the area where the cold air comes from. Help, I'm tired of my food getting ruined.

There usually is a drain at the back of the fridge it's possible that this is clogged, This drain leads to an evaporation tray usually in the base of the fridge.

also I would reccomend checking your door seals as it sounds like something may be blocking a seal from closing properly letting kitchen air (full of water) into your fridge making all the water in the first place

The refrigerator always gets water in the base under the crisper drawers and on the shelves. How do I stop it from doing this?

There are two reasons. One check defrost is working properly. And second defrost tray has no crack.
and also while inserting defrost tray 100% pushed in.

Water in wood's fridge

If you have the wire metal shelf model, there is a wrap around cooling plate (back and two sides) at the top of the inside. The frost that forms on this while it is running melts off after the compressor stops and the water runs down, into the drip channel, and out the drain hole at the center of the channel on the back wall. Clean out that hole so the water will flow out instead of down the walls to the bottom of your refrig.
If you have the glass shelf model, you have to remove the metal cover at the bottom back of the refrig and clean out the defrost drain hole located there.

Water is collecting under the crisper drawers and on the the shelves

The fridge has a blocked drain...water from defrost cycle not able to get to drain pan. Remove rear panel in freezer and look at bottom....will probably have is built up at drain hole.....use a cup of water to clear until in runs down drain.(may need to check drain pan afterwards to see how full it is)

Water on the bottom shelf of the Refridgerator

Has the refrigerator got a wet inner back?
Ff this is wet, adjust it until this solid ice 'blobs', bt not encrusted, like in a freezer
The refrigerator may not be cool enough and the natural warm moisture allowed into the cool compartment when the door is open is condensing into fluid before it is cooling sufficiently to suspend the moisture as a vapour. If the cool compartment is cool enough, any warm air admitted ill be chilled before it is allowed to condense, keeping the refridgerator dry.
However, the only drawback is that you will have to monitor it to prevent the build up of excesive ice.
Also, whether the refridgerator is either empty of full willaffe the day to day operation.
Hope this helps.

Water pooling under my express thaw bin in bottom of refrigerator

no connection between lower drawer and water dispenser, however there is a water tank behind the crisper's storing water for the dispenser, its possible that there is a hole in the tank or a connection is leaking there and dripping water. remove all 3 crisper's and give a look at it. try getting water from dispenser while your checking (Might only leak when water dispenses

open the freezer compartment loo for ice build up on floor of frezer especally towards rear behind back panel. sounds like you have a clogged/frozen defrost drain tube. removing back panel of freezer will give you acess to drain trough, melt away the ice with a hair dryer, youll find a drain hole under there somwhere, pouring boiling water down the drain will clear it pretty quickly( i use a steam machine purchased from the infomercials)
