Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I inherited a tablet/e-reader, not sure what the make/model is & there is no power cord. Serial number on the back is: 10260B04110814000151 I have tried googling it and can't find what product this is. I plugged it in with a USB connector, but it doesn't seem to be working, possibly just too low on battery. Hoping I can get an idea on what it is. It is approx. 7 3/4" x 9 3/4", has a gray rubberized casing with touch screen. On bottom front there are white icons for home, list, back and search. They are printed on the bottom part of the screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
I feel your pain. I know you're providing all the info you can about this tablet - but unfortunately, it's not going to be enough. A serial number is unique. Googling it won't turn up info about - unless someone specifically entered it online. I just googled it - and I get a single result - it is to your question here on FixYa.
I suggest that you try searching for IMAGES in Google when you enter these search terms one at a time: tablet - android tablet - wifi tablet - generic tablet - etc.
Compare the results to your tablet and click on those that look like yours. Then, click "visit page" for more info. A visual comparison is about the best you can do - good luck!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

My MP830 did the same thing today. I thought it was toast. However through a Google search I found the following suggestion.
Unplug the MP830 for 20 minutes or more. Plug the MP830 back in and hit the power button.
To might great relief my MP830 powered up and is working just fine.

SOURCE: 977 service netwrok card 1?
I had a similar problem at work. It did not do it on all print jobs, but there was no link to any application or machine. I do not know why this works, but if you remove the toner cartridge, there is a roller that is visible on the bottom of the open space made visible by the toner cartridge. The roller runs the width of the printer. Slide it to the left and right (it moves about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch), replace the cartridge, and it should print again.

the serial number on the this model is located on a small white label, on the front rail just below the area where you install the ink tanks. Its says `serial number' on it.
