install first your phone driver ,kies software ....http://www.4shared.com/zip/JxaCRo1u/SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_.htm
turn on the phone ,insert usb cable (CA-101 ) and wait until the phone is detected...copy the file you want to save and paste it to the folder you make in your desktop...
